"Worst bank in Conroe. Staff is incompetent and when I went to deposit a check for my business account, they would not accept it because the branch never put in my DBA paperwork from the secretary of state. Then refused to help fix it because they said it was another branch's fault. Horrible service. I will be closing my business account promptly!"

"Made a phone call trying to speak to a person no answer. All the associates were assisting other customers. Thats fine. I tried to call back 15 minutes later. Still too busy to answer the phone. So I drove to the bank location, then tried calling, all associates were still busy. I walked into the bank and 3 bank of America employees were standing at the door. I was the only "customer" in the building. Yet nobody answered a phone to help me. I had to drive up there to get a simple yes or no Answer. I've already started looking for another bank to keep my money at. Extremely unprofessional."
