Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM)

"Why have a separate business clients line when non-business moving faster and they don’t call you to that window but leave you waiting jn business line and take others who walked in after you… bad system"

"The Worst Customer service at the front desk I've ever had in a Bank of America being a customer for many years. Rude and bad attitude employee on 12/28/23 at 4:30pm. I just said it was my third time trying to talk with an agent and he took it totally wrong."

"I experienced poor service because of poor training. Both the teller and manager did not follow procedure and had to be told how to process the transaction. I took a check in to be deposited (not cashed). The check was a part of a controlled disbursement account that never has a balance--- it is tied to a company's operating account. Which had more then necessary funds. In addition, the account is tied to a daylight overdraft line that is attached to the account that provides additional funds. They did not run the check through the machine properly or it would have taken the check on deposit immediately. They just manually looked up the check on their system and couldn't see anything but the zero balance disbursement account. This facility needs more experienced management and tellers."
