One of the most egregious aspects of my time at Taxation Solutions was the constant surveillance through cameras. It felt like working under the watchful eye of Big Brother, stifling any sense of personal space or privacy. The intrusion into our every move created an uncomfortable environment that only served to breed anxiety and paranoia among employees. It's disconcerting to think that trust in the workplace was replaced with a culture of constant surveillance. Moreover, the communication restrictions were suffocating. Employees were discouraged from talking to each other, creating an isolating and lonely work environment. It's disheartening to feel like you cannot even engage in casual conversations with your peers during breaks. The icing on the cake was the behavior of the owners. Their demeanor was consistently mean-spirited, creating an atmosphere of fear rather than one of collaboration. Constructive feedback was often replaced with harsh criticism, and any attempts to voice concerns were met with dismissive attitudes. This toxic management style created a palpable tension in the workplace, making it difficult for employees to thrive or even enjoy their work. In conclusion, my experience at Taxation Solutions was marred by an overbearing surveillance culture, communication restrictions, and an unkind ownership. I would caution anyone considering employment with this company to think twice about subjecting themselves to such a detrimental work environment."

"I got Letter from taxation solutions I had problem with back tax so I call them , very friendly, Took my information started the process took about a week and got all started, at that time my representative was going to be Rhymus took months and nothing got done , had to call them email them to get an update, then he moves or leaves from there so I get Steve the new Representante and nothing all they wanted me to agree was to a serallment and pay the hall amount that I owe the IRS I could have done that myself , all they did took my money and nothing happened will not recommend this firm at all, got another company to represent me and they were able to fix and help with all the mess they left me in thanks to them I no longer own nothin to the IRS."
