"Employees seem lazy or less than willing to help. Bunch of employees standing around while customers wait. I’m not saying it’s because it’s raining or still morning time. It just seemed like a strange vibe. Most Navy Federals have outstanding service that’s why this one was such a shock to me."

"Anytime you visit this location be prepared long wait times. My wife had incident the morning of January 6 with the manager a Hispanic woman . This actually the second weekend in a row she has problems with this rude woman. She did not want to let the teller issue my wife a cashier's check and when she finally did she had the teller post date for Monday. She told the bank teller they already cashed enough big checks for the day. First of all that is not my problem and second of all it's my money if I want to get a cashier's check with my money in from my bank account I should be able to."

"Military daughter, AMERICAN citizen grew up in Spanish speaking country. NOT 1 single Spanish speaker! They said we had to do it over the phone. Then come back to make the deposit. I asked if someone on site could get a translator on the phone to assist. They said no."

"I have been an NFCU customer for 15 years, and absolutely hate dealing with this branch since they opened. The call in customer service, website service, etc is second to none- that’s why I love being an NFCU customer. But this branch gives NFCU a terrible reputation- I have been sitting in the lobby on a Saturday morning for over an hour just to pick up a check. There are over 30 customers waiting in this lobby between the waiting area and the teller line, and only two tellers are working today, and two service reps for the longer transactions. Multiple people have been waiting for over an hour and are leaving one by one in frustration. The manager is sitting alone in her office just watching people come in and is not helping at all. NFCU, DO SOMETHING."
