"Feb 27 I went to this bank for the first time I usually go to the one on 1604 and huenber great customer service there. I got there at 1:50 PM, four people ahead of me two people at the counter with the teller, 2:20 PM still waiting in line same customers that was there when at 1:50 were still with the tellers. I asked the gentleman there if they can get another teller cause we’ve been waiting for a long time. He said everybody was out to lunch. By the time I was able to get to a teller it was 2:45pm. 10 People behind me still only 2 tellers. While 2 employees were seating at an office. One was looking at the cameras. I thought a teller was only for withdraws cashiers checks money orders just money business. That’s not the case. A customer can do all their business with the teller open an account print out papers everything etc… this is what holds up the line for customers that are just there to cash a check and withdraw money simply business. They was a customer with a teller for 25 mins. It’s ridiculous. Find a new way to handle costumer with their business. I would’ve went to drive-through, but I needed a cashiers check so I was told that I had to go. Never again will I go to the bank customer service is terrible."

"Miriam the receptionist at the front desk did an excellent job of helping me finish the application I submitted online to open an account. customer service was great! Overall I had a great experience. Thank you."

"My husband dipped into his retirement and when he went to deposit the check into my account they gave him such the runaround. Other location deposited no problems."

"This is the worst bank I have ever been to not only is the location super difficult to get to on a Friday with potranco traffic, the customer service and management are absolutely horrible. They lock the bank doors for the lobby at 4:59. Then they will not allow anybody who is a nonmember to utilize the drive-through, even if there’s no one in line. Both managers, Maria and Maria have no customer service skills whatsoever. Feel sorry for anybody who has to deal with these people."

"This bank NEED to learn and know how to do their job. Every time I come to pay my car note it takes 30 minutes .Wasted time. Should not take 30 minutes to pay a car loan and the teller doesn’t know what she’s doing. they need to do better."
