"Normally I have never had a problem with this credit union. Yet today my oldest son who is 19 wanted to turn his child savings account into an adult savings account. Oh but no he can't do this alone I have to go an sign paperwork. Ok so we drive up to the bank and the teller can't help me because only a manager can move an account from child to adult! Well the manager just sat down with someone to open a new account so we just have to sit here and waste our time while he completes a 20 minutes process setting up a new account for someone. Really why can't you give the paperwork to the teller to complete this. You already have all of our information it's just flipping a switch and me signing a couple of papers!!!!!! Update they were able to help us in 15 minutes so it was not a bad wait. It was just a headache"
