"Sally’s hires starting at 13$ an hour and requires employees to work at least two full weekends of the month— this is probably why their employees give horrible customer service. I’ll never be back to this location. I had the worst experience ever and on top of it all the employee couldn’t keep her composure after I informed her of her poor service. Also couldn’t tell me what items were on sale. Is she okay?? She might need help, clearly can’t function by herself"

"They told me strawberry leopard was the same as artic fox. Well it's not now I'm stuck and ugly blonde bc I wasn't my money on there advice and can't get more till later. Don't go here they have no idea what there doing 0 out of 10. I told them I have sensitive hair. And of course there not gonna take it back open. So dont bother with this place."

"This store doesn't not deserve no even one star. There is one gay guy and he was so rude when I asked him something about semi-permanent hay dye. He said they don't have the product I was looking for. Then I found it by myself in the store. Then when I was going to check-out at the register the lady told me that I can get a 50% off if I clicked in one QR code they had in the register. I did scan it and my phone was not able to receive the message to get the discount even the lady was so nice trying to help me and she saw I have internet. Then she asked to this gay man if he can help me and he said NOT and that it was because my Internet connection. I showed him that my phone was working normally and still he did not have any intention to helped me. I hope he is not the manager because he has a horrible vibe and no sense at all about what costumer service is."
