"I made a appointment two weeks ahead of time. I was told it would be confirmed never got a call when I call the day before my appointment was scheduled it was brand new to the person I spoke with. While getting my hair braided which I spent $225 music was being played off cell phone and lots of laughing when time could have put into my head which took over nine hours. I was not told were to park and when I wanted to check on my car I was yelled at and told to wait. I WILL NEVER SPEND MY HARD EARNED MONEY IN THE ESTABLISHMENT AGAIN. It is other hairstylist who do a better job for around the same price charged here"

"Fernade which is the owner appeared to be very friendly during phone conversation. However, I had a request to only have one person in my head. When I got to the shop this other lady with a nasty attitude was helping her. She kept talking her African language making gestures about my hair which appeared to be rude based upon her attitude and gestures. I complained that she was pulling to hard but nothing was done. When the style was finish it was different than what I asked for. Her response was "this is how everybody gets it". Instead of making the customer happy. It took 10 minutes of back and forth for her to fix it. Overall they just want your money that's about it. If you want to feel welcomed and experience a friendly atmosphere as well feel like the money you spent was well worth it. This is not the place for you."
