"I called 1st to see what the wait time was and was told I can be seen now for a pedicure. Within ten minutes I arrive and there were two young ladies in the seats for a pedicure with one tech. I asked if I had to wait for both young ladies. They said no, one is just getting polish. But, both have their feet in the water for a pedicure. Then I watched the tech finish the first girl then start on the 2nd. By the time I asked it had already been 10min! I'm like why did this dude lie to me twice!?!? I left. If there's a wait, just be honest! Now you've lost a customer."
