"I reluctantly post this as I have not received the settlement payment. I have gotten the runaround from at least 3 people from Haun Mena including Doug and Meredith, the paralegal. I was rear ended in October 2022. The person who hit me has the same insurance carrier as me yet it took until January 2024 for them to agree to a settlement. I was contacted by Meredith to schedule a disposition thru Zoom. I gave my availability and miraculously within 48 hours they had settled. I was contacted by the original “firm” here in San Antonio there was a settlement. I called Haun Mena to confirm. I asked Meredith if a disposition was still required, she said yes.
