"Do not, Do not trust this firm. They are not legit. Mr. Kennard himself is a snake. I entrusted them to help me with a case, and I found out that they did nothing. They will quickly take your money and drag you along, but they are not doing anything. His staff is incompetent. They have no legal training and have these made-up titles. The firm does not have an office because they couldn't pay for it, and it is currently in litigation because of it. Please don't trust them. You will be out roughly $8,000, and nothing will happen.  I would rate them -5 stars if I could but the made me select at least 1 star."

"Stay away from this attorney. He took my money, then said that he could not represent me because the plaintiffs attorney was a personal friend of his. As if that was not enough he gave the person that I was suing (plaintiff) all of my case file, all my information that I gave Alfonso Kennard to build a case to defend me, he gave it all to the plaintiffs attorney to use against me. How unethical. I cannot believe what happened to me with this attorney. Decide for yourself before hiring him. I am free to answer anything you want to know about Alfonso Kennard. There is so much including how all the staff in his office walked out because he did not pay them while he was taking money they collected to represent clients whom he refuse to represent."

"IF YOU DON’T WANT TO BE TAKEN LIKE I HAVE READ THIS REVIEW. Back in 2014 I hired Kennard Law and received great service. I decided to use them again for my current situation. I was charged $8,000.00 dollars for legal representation. I was glad to pay this believing for a great outcome like before. The first steps were simple. Besides paying upfront monies I wrote a narrative of facts. A demand letter was sent to the employer outlining the narrative of facts. The employer was given approximately six weeks to respond. The firm never received a response from the Opposing Counsel. The second step was to have discrimination charges filed. This too was sent to the employer. Opposing Counsel never responded. The third step was to contact Equal Employment Opportunity Commission EEOC to have them investigate the claims of discrimination. The EEOC made the decision that it would not proceed further with its investigation and made no determination about whether further investigation would establish violations of the statute. I was advised my case would properly not go to trial. It was also stated this would be another step in the process if the case went to trial. I was advised that to continue with the lawsuit an additional charge of $15,000.00 dollars would have to be made. Mr. Kennard stated that BECAUSE MY CASE DID NOT TAKE AS LONG AS ANTICIPATED the firm would credit me back the full amount original charge of $8,000.00. I would then be charged $7,000.00 to total $15,000.00 dollars. I was not given a guarantee and the word IF was used to address not winning the case. I shared my current economic state (unemployed) I could not proceed due to lack of funds and would properly have to file for bankruptcy if I didn't get work immediately. I was told they could do payment plans. I requested the law firm submit an invoice for services rendered and deduct the hours worked on my case from the original payment. I was told the attorney charged $800.00 dollars an hour. I still have not received an invoice. This situation has been ongoing for weeks with no responds. I have texted, called written statements of my current financial situation NOTHING. I wanted to give a detailed account of the services I received from Kennard Law the second time around because I’m being cheated out of money. Only three steps were taken, I did all the hard work by writing the narrative of my case. The firm reviewed what I wrote, we agreed on the final document, and it was submitted. I GUESS THEY NEED THE MONEY MORE THAT I DO. BUYER BE BEWARE! THIS LAW FIRM ARE CROOKS."
