"Horrible experience! Their other negative reviews tell you everything you need to know. Their website says one thing but dealing with them is TOTALLY DIFFERENT. They refuse to assist minorities with any case. You call, email, or fill out their web form and you never hear back if you are a minority. Nothing but lies, excuses, and justifications. Totally incompetent and not worth your hard-earned money. BEWARE!"
