Reviews
"Dr. Flores was great taking care of my dog when she was bitten by a snake. Called and explained the situation and got an express check in and she was being checked and treated before I had finished the paperwork. Quite conscientious and thorough; and made sure I understood the treatment to be followed at home."
"Good veterinarians and doctors are always busy. Incompetent people don’t understand the time and diligence it takes to take care of your animals. Don’t bad mouth clinics because of incompetence and thoughts that you are entitled to be tended to immediately. If you’re not willing to buy pet insurance, pay for healthcare for your pets, or even wait for quality service then don’t own an animal."
"Not good, I initially called to make an appointment and was told to wait and someone would call me and set up the appointment. After a few minutes a staff member calls me and tells me to be there in 30 minutes and to call them back to let them know I was in the parking lot. I get there and call to let them know I was there. They instructed me to go and wait by door "A". Staff member comes and takes my dogs and tells me to come back in 1.5 hours. My problem is not the waiting or time frame, it's the fact that I was not given complete instructions or information on how their system operates. I know that with covid-19 everything works differently but as a customer people should be informed and make their choice whether to go or not or maybe somewhere else."
"Quality care but it's not the cheapest in town. It always takes two to three hours to get in and out of there, because it's always busy."
"Fast service very pleased"
