The staff was understanding and helped me manage both of my boys and got us in and out as quickly as possible. I was stressing out and embarrassed and they reassured me they'd seen it all. I'll be booking separate appointments for my boys from now on so I can better handle them while there."

"I told the staff I only wanted the 5:1 shot and the heart worm snap test. Ended up with some “package” that I didn’t ask for. It included some intestinal deworming fluid they shot in his mouth. This was never explained and I would’ve never known if I wasn’t watching what they were doing because for some reason even though the pandemic is over we still can’t be with our pets in your clinic in El Paso tx. No hoisin the area requires a mask. This is not cool to still be doing this. I ended up with some crazy explanation from one of the vet techs saying that “it was part of the package” . That’s not what I requested at all. This is also the only time I’ve been to this clinic that I’ve been using for several years where the vet didn’t talk to me afterwards. She just sent t tech out. Not happy at all. In fact I don’t think unless policy’s are changed. I think I’m done with Vetco clinics."
