"Walgreens has been around a very long time. This location is easily accessible and has a well lit parking lot. The store is usually well stocked with adequate employees working. They do have quite a selection of batteries and electronics. Worth stopping at if you need something."
"Miguel the pharmacy tech is a liar. You should check your receipts to make sure he ran your insurance . He will lie right to your face and charge you full price for something that should have been $0. I brought my prescription in at 4pm. Miguel took my insurance information and told me an hour and a half, but I would recieve a text. After 2 hours and 45 minutes I went to the drive thru. Miguel, now working the drive thru, says there was a problem with my insurance. He needed a number from the card, the same card I had already given him before. I gave him the number. He stared at the computer for 5 minutes. Then said he got the insurance to run, $30. I drive home only to find out he didn't run the insurance at all, just charged me full price. If under insurance it says "GoodRx". That means no insurance. Check your receipts, he will say it's run and then do the GoodRx garbage. Drive all the way back in and the pharmacist found the liar entered the number incorrectly twice. Miguel can't read numbers? Can't even copy numbers. But instead of just fixing the mistake, he charges me $30 and prays I don't find out. 0% CHANCE THIS WAS THE FIRST TIME. WAY TO CALM DURING THE WHOLE SITUATION. Turns out the $30 he charged me was supposed to be $0. The pharmacist had to go through a whole process of voiding the transaction. All because Miguel is unable to read numbers twice, and then is totally fine just lying to my face. Who hires this trash? He has zero fear of management. It's really kinda sad how terrible this store is now. I feel bad for the people who have work there. Everyone looks so depressed."
"The store manager/assistant manager Angela - curly blonde haired and short middle-aged woman has the mouth of a tyrant. It was hard not to overhear her speaking harshly and loudly to an employee, reprimanding her for not doing something correctly. Shame on you, I hope you don’t speak to your family the way you speak to your staff."
"This is the worst Walgreens and I will not stop until everyone knows! Walgreens gave me the incorrect script today for a medication I take to live! When I called Pharmacist Monica to advise I was told I should’ve looked in the bag before I left and if I’m having Symptoms after not having my thyroid meds for a week because Walgreens dropped the ball, I should go to urgent care as if that’s free! She tried to convince me to take a med I’m allergic to (I’m allergic to the fillers in the generic med and due to thyroid cancer I can’t have generics) and when I advised I was coming to bring the medication back she called the police to the store, called me on the phone and said “the police want to speak with you”!!!! Yes, they called the police and I wasn’t even there! THEY CALLED THE POLICE AND I WAS NOT THERE!!!!!!! The police officer and their consumer relations department listened to my side of the story and both agreed I was doing the right thing by moving my families prescriptions filing a corporate complaint. He even offered to send me a ambulance! The consumer relations agent was in tears because she had never heard such a thing in her life! I have NEVER been treated this poorly by medical “professionals” . PLEASE don’t go to this location! I will not stop until Monica is fired!!!!!!"
"I have been going to Walgreens my whole life, but not anymore. They keep screwing up my prescriptions and telling me they are ready and they aren't. After waiting 2 days they told me they ran out again and I should have came in early because they can't hold medications anymore and they can't order it again till Monday. It was Friday. They used to be good now they are awful."
