"I wish I could give a zero star. I have been waiting for a prescription for 3 days to find out they don’t have it in stock, they don’t know when it will be in and they have no access in their computer to see if another location has it. I am told from Ashley that I need to call places and when I find somewhere that has it, I am to call my Dr. and get yet another prescription to send in to whatever place has it. This place has done nothing but cause issues for our entire family. For your own sanity, don’t go to this pharmacy - find a place that actually cares about you. Why would this particular pharmacy make someone that needs the medicine because they are already sick - do all this running around. Why didn’t they call me 3 days ago when they knew they had none. Why did I have to call to find out they don’t know when they are getting it in? Shame on them!"

"I started going to this pharmacy a couple of years ago. Because I had an issue with Walgreens Pharmacy. Samantha G is the head pharmacist in charge/ manager. Whenever I occur a concern about the many medications I am on, Samantha is always available quick to help. I want to thank Samantha and Jewel Osco for all the good service I receive in the pharmacy at this Romeoville location. I tried to comment to Jewel Osco website to let the upper management and corporate offices know how great Samantha is. Thank you so much. She deserves a raise."

"This store is grossly mismanaged. Dirty men's washroom, terrible service at the deli department. The produce dept. is the worst in Will Co. There are sometimes okay experiences at the deli, especially when Evan is working. The front end staff at the registers are nice, respectful, and very helpful, especially Sara."
