"Worst service ever takes forever to do anything. I was downstairs for fifteen minutes. I told one of the employees that there was something wrong and he said we can check it tomorrow why not come today and check it. Never coming here again DO NOT RECOMMEND."
"So... I didn't book this room as it was done for me by my employer. Looking at the reviews I was freaking out just a bit. I gotta say however my experience has been great. I've stayed in two different rooms and neither of them were bad. Thomas has gone out of his way to ensure my experience has been a good one and that my expectations are met. Note: This isn't a fancy hotel. There are no frills...no cafe...no bar...no pool...no workout room. It's simply a place to sleep, shower and cook should you decide to. There's a full size refrigerator and a two burner cooktop. This place stays busy so book in advance."
"The lights in the room are motion detector so they turned off all the time, the bathroom light didn't work and they didn't replace it. The room was not clean because the were cobwebs on the ceilings and dirt on the floor. If you're staying long term I guess it's all right but I couldn't deal with the motion detector lights abd not being able to take a bath cause I couldn't see!"
"Do not stay at this facility. The pictures and advertising is very very misleading. Upon arrival we quickly felt like we were in an old mental ward or tortured nursing home. We were forced to pay up front for a full week stay. The elevator sounded like it was going to crash to the floor. And when we got to our room it was disgusting. Beds were slept in, Smelled like three day old sweat and there were foot prints all over the floor. Needless to say we immediately turned around. Took our chances with the elevator again because we had no choice with a wheelchair. I requested a full refund and a month later I'm still waiting. DO NOT USE THIS ESTABLISHMENT!"
