"Just want to say thank you to all the doctors nurses and staff it's a wonderful place here. Show everyone the same compassion and Care through the process no matter the situation."
"I had the immense pleasure of working at MD Anderson Cancer Center as an RN, BSN. I had the luck of working with an immensely talented, strict, and yet fair management team. I also had the immense pleasure of working with fellow nurses who were immensely sensitive to my needs as a new nurse in general and as a new nurse at MD Anderson. Despite this immensely helpful setting, I had struggles coping: namely, with the high mortality rate of patients on that unit. So I had an immensely tough decision to make: I quit. But I am not discouraged. I am applying to new positions in the MD Anderson Cancer Center system, namely to the outpatient psychiatric oncology center. I truly hope to land this position. Wish me luck!"
"It's bad enough to get cancer ,,, but if you get it ,,, you better do your best to get to MD Anderson. They try their best to schedule things that you don't even know you need. I wish all the best recovery,,, thanks to excellent researches,,, and doctors such as doctor Nina Tamirisa❤❤❤❤"
"Posting this review as the worried husband of a wife who had a mammogram, ultra sound and a biopsy done a few weeks ago at MD Anderson Preventative Center after receiving gloomy news from her previous OBGYN and Radiologist at a different hospital who mistakenly diagnosed my wife's ultrasound as highly suspicious detection. So, we decided to put my wife's health into the hands of MD Anderson and it was the best decision we ever made. From the start, the professionals at MD Anderson were caring, compassionate, understanding of our situation and incredibly confident and knowledgeable. They have experienced, highly qualified doctors, nurses and staff members to assist us throughout this trying process. After thorough testing, they came up with their diagnosis that it wasn't as serious as the previous OBGYN and Radiologist made it out to be. We are thankful and blessed to have had amazing people like Jackie, Dr Patel and Dr Bevers at MD Anderson by our side not only to take care of my wife but also to give us an accurate diagnosis. We will be back annually for her follow up mammograms. Our prayers go out to everyone and their loved ones who we saw during our visits at the center."
"I have been going to the Breast Diagnostic Clinic for years. For the most part, it has been a positive experience, however, following 3 years of slow and rude service, I have quit going. When an appointment at 8 am is over an hour late, another at 8:45 was over an hour and a half late, it's time to call it quits. I had other appointments scheduled for follow-up after surviving another cancer and I could never make the appointment on time. I was told they would wait for me, but that changes up their schedules and their other patient's schedules. The mammogram section was always prompt and courteous, however."
