"Glad I could find a way to rate Dr. Bulan directly and not Texas Eye. I had the pleasure of having him as my ophthalmologist for 3 years. Sadly, I had to change doctors when "Texas Eye" was not in-network for my new insurance (employer's choice). He takes time to make sure you can ask questions and makes sure he answers all of them in a way that is easy to understand. Even if you think your question might be silly, he will make you comfortable to voice your concerns and not make you feel stupid for asking. I've had vision problems since birth, which included eye surgery at a young age and he helped me understand my eyesight better than I ever have. Truly sad about having to change doctors but I wanted to make sure Dr. Bulan gets a fair review since the Texas Eye reception staff and their lack of professionalism, which shows in their online reviews, overshadows such a great doctor.
