"The customer service at this store sucks! Most of the employees at this store were standing in the front by the mannequins on their phones. Never saw any of them ask anyone if they needed help with anything or even greet customers coming in. My daughter had to walk up to one of them for help. Then as we're checking out the girl behind the register was rude af. I will not be coming back to this store."

"Terrible store with lazy, inconsiderate little kids as employees. Who’s hiring these gen z hooligans? I stood there for awhile and not one of them asked, “can I help you?” That is literally your ONE job. I really wanted to give them a chance cause I needed some new shoes for my bad knee, but what would they know about that? They’re too busy chatting amongst themselves looking like trolls in a Tik Tok video and then occasionally looking like they work there by spraying a counter top. Judging by other reviews I’m clearly not alone but unfortunately management probably won’t do anything about it. It’s like their goal is to dumb down humanity. Mission accomplished."

"Excellent time shopping there. But my recent experience wasn’t so good had to order it from the store and while trying to say my address the worker did not check again or ask me to spell it out so now it’s sending to the wrong address. It is bad on my behalf for not spelling the address all out, but it would have been a safer bet for the worker to recheck and ask me to spell the address. Having to verify your account on champs and is well known now it is also connected to other store such as foot locker. The verifying part is very difficult when you have already made accounts with other stores. Cant even verify my account :("

"This store has bad management they do not live up to theirs standards at all.my son and I went to this place to buy him a pair of sweatpants for School their were some sweat pants on the rack for buy one and get the other for free. When I went to the cashier to purchase them the manager did not get me the other pants for free instead he charged me for the second pair of sweatpants. I complaint to him about the sign on the rack buy one and get one free he looks at the sign took it down and said to it was a mishap. I ask him do I still get the other pants for free he refused to do so and walk away from me. This is bad management in this store (Champs) in First Colony Mall"
