"This is a great daycare. My daughter started about 5 months ago and she is now able to count from 1 to 10 and do her ABC for her age (21 months). She sings a lot from the songs she learned. The staff is great specially Ms. Denise and Ms. Saniya. I do not have an issue dropping my daughter there as she is well taken care of. Communication is top notch, they will check on my daughter when we are late or unable to make it. Honestly they are like a family and have very affordable prices for the quality of the program. The outdoor is very large and the kids enjoy it very much."

"My daughter has been here for over a year from the infant room and now waddler room. The teachers accommodate to each child's needs and are all very caring. Her current teachers are always very open and informative about how she did that day. I'm also glad my daughter is learn some Christian Catholic practices, like having the nativity in the front desk during Christmas season and receiving the ashes on her forehead on Ash Wednesday. It's a good environment overall."

"Best decision I ever made to put my children in this Early Childhood Center. I grew up in this church, my family has been parishioners at St. Thomas Aquinas for over 27 years. There are growing pains, but it is expected with a growing church. The Staff at AECC, have had their growing pains as well, but with my experience the Past Director & current Director Chestin, are both amazing, compassionate person, approachable & understanding individual. Job Well Done. My eldest child came to AECC from age 2 1/2 to 4/5 years old. This school prepared him for Kindergarten & he adjusted well. Now he is in First Grade & an Honor Roll Student. My youngest son started at a 1 1/2 & doing well & learning. Now he is 2 1/2 & loves this place. All the teachers & staff are all loving & compassionate about the advancement & learning of each individual child enrolled. Best decision me & my husband made with where to bring our children for child care & education."

"We have been with Aquinas Early Childhood Center now for over 3 years now and have been very happy with our experience. Our oldest daughter Lily was comfortable right away and was prepared very well by Ms. Sue for her move into Kindergarten. She enjoys her teacher Mr. Lewis for the after school program and the summer program for the school age kids. Our son Jack came here as an infant and has done very well over the last 3+ years. His favorite teacher is Ms. La Courtney (Bear). Sometimes he gets upset with us because we "pick him up too early!" As with any environment, things are not always perfect. However, Ms. Rebecca, the director of the facility and Mr. Paul, the assistant director have always been willing to sit down and discuss any issues. I feel that the door is always open and they are willing to speak with us and address our concerns. I know how hard it is to wrangle just 2 kids so I appreciate what they accomplish with so many. If you are looking for school for your child I would recommend that you speak with Rebecca Gotting and visit AECC. Keep up the good work, we are very happy!"

"When we moved our kids to this Daycare facility we had a good impression and were hoping this place was going to be an excellent environment for our children. They are affiliated with a Catholic Church, so we expected to be treated better. This facility has some good aspects: great space for playground, recycling program, and some great teachers, specifically Ms. Kendra and Ms. Helen. However, the one thing that does not work in this place is its Director: Rebecca Gotting. She is rude, dishonest, not nurturing or loving and does not care for the children. I talked with 3 moms at the daycare that have been there for more than a year, and they all had the same impression than us of the Director. All of them told me that they’ve had issues in the past with her. I am not sure why the Church lets a person like this run the facility, perhaps she does a good job administrating the place, but she is certainly not the right person to deal with people, and surely not with kids. She has an assistant, Mr. Paul, who is a completely useless person. We never understood what he does there, he never shows up, and when you try to address an issue with him, he has no answer. The last thing worth to mention, is their fairly new teacher for the classroom of the 3 years old kids, Ms. Jeannette. She is the worst teacher we’ve ever experienced. She does not have the ability or the energy to deal with kids. She does not welcome them in the morning, or engage in any way. They claim she has over 40 years of experience and that the kids were so lucky to have them. From our perspective, we can only share our experience which was seeing our kid cry every day for 3 months when he was left with her. We truly hope this review helps if you ever check or think about enrolling your kid in this daycare."
