"Not for me came in here spent $50, One of the items that I bought was a poshmax I've used it for a few days and it stopped working have not dropped it at all you can hear it continue to burn after each hit, it'll barely charge and they refuse to replace it which I understand but they won't even give me a slight discount on a new one I will not be returning which is sad because I like the store but you can't take care of your customers in any shape away when something goes wrong. I understand not giving something away for free but I couldn't even get $2 off of this product when I just spent $20 on it and was able to use it for a few days not even a week. And whoever was helping was rude about it when I asked very kindly about how in regard to the situation."

"I'm not sure if the gentleman at the register was the owner but I think he was and he was absolutely friendly and was extremely helpful with any questions I had. He did his best to give me all information I was looking to get. Good customer service and a very very clean store A+++ on cleanliness. I'm from out of state and this is by far the best smoke shop I have ever gone into. Keep up the good work. Any time I'm out here you will be my go-to. Thanks again for all the help! "What a wonderful experience! I was quite nervous about purchasing an ecig but the owner was very helpful and knowledgeable. He made sure I knew how to use my Juul before I left which was very helpful. I highly recommend this shop to anyone who smokes or vapes. Since this was my first vape purchase I don't have any comparison on prices however I felt it was reasonable."

"I'm a frequent at Stop 30 cause the staff is super helpful and friendly and they also have broad selection of smoking products. When I was trying to quit smoking cigarettes, they helped steer me in the right direction and got me a really affordable vape. They also have a really good selection of e juices. Most tobacco shops aren't as knowledgeable about vaping so its nice to find a place that's more caught up with the times."
