"I had my consultation with Mr. Barger to discuss the case and cost. At that time he told me the retainer would be $4,000. I asked if that would be the final total and he said, if anything, maybe $200/$300 more to file the order. We went to court 10/2020 to finalize child custody/child support orders. In 11/2020 I was hit with another invoice. We are now in 10/2023, I have paid around $9,500 in fees, and my orders still have not been finalized. Every time I call, I get the runaround and get told someone will call me back, but no one does. I am now in the process of filing a grievance."
