"Tisdale made an absolute mess of registering a vehicle that resulted in the county tax office calling me the next morning to go downtown/back to their office/back downtown multiple times to try to fix it.. Ladies in the office were completely unprofessional when the county sent me back to cancel what they put through - blamed everyone but themselves, made several phone calls to try to figure out what to do, argued about what needed to happen, etc.. Called me 17 times in ten minutes after I got tired of watching their incompetence and walked out... It's now more than two weeks later and they still have yet to send me the refund check they said they'd mail so now I get to deal with disputing the charges. On the upside - once their mess was canceled, the tax office downtown had me all set in under 20 minutes."

"Well…. I didn’t know that the dmv on Nacogdoches does not help with registration renewal. A kind gentleman told me about TisDale… Well I called just to verify if they do registration renewal, and Leroy said yes, tho they close at 5. So I rushed with traffic jam on 1604. I was in and out within 15 minutes, and that’s including waiting. They are very efficient, effective. Yes they charge an $18.00 service fee which I feel why pay more when everything is overpriced at this time. Tho I see the convience, time and travel.. It is what it is…"
