"Very Rude and Unprofessional Assistant - I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction and frustration with the service I recently received from your office, particularly concerning the interaction I had with your office secretary, Alicia. My experience during this encounter was marked by a severe lack of professionalism, rudeness, and an alarming disregard for the principles of customer service. On October 31, 2023 , I contacted your office with the intention of obtaining your email address to discuss a matter related to an insurance policy. To my surprise, when I inquired about your email address, Alicia, the office secretary, responded in a manner that was both condescending and unhelpful. She insisted on knowing the specifics of my inquiry before providing me with your email address, despite my explanation that the details would be included in the email itself. What truly astonished me was Alicia's statement that she is not employed by your office. This left me bewildered and concerned, as she appeared to be handling sensitive and personal matters regarding insurance policies, all while asserting that she did not work for State Farm. I was left questioning who she represented and why she was entrusted with such responsibilities. Furthermore, Alicia labeled me as "unprofessional" during our conversation and told me she was too busy to handle my call, despite my sincere attempt to engage in a polite and courteous manner. I firmly believe that it is the responsibility of your office staff to assist callers professionally and respectfully, rather than subjecting them to unwarranted scrutiny and criticism. My frustration reached its peak when, after considerable effort, I finally managed to obtain your email address from Alicia. She hastily provided the information and abruptly ended the call. This behavior was not only disrespectful but also indicative of a severe lack of customer service etiquette. I find it deeply concerning that your office employs individuals like Alicia, who not only fail to meet the basic standards of professionalism and customer service but also appear to be unaware of their affiliation with State Farm. I strongly believe that such behavior reflects negatively on your office and State Farm as a whole. In light of this distressing experience, I feel compelled to escalate my concerns by filing a complaint with your superiors and the Texas Department of Insurance (TDI). I believe that it is crucial for you to address these issues promptly and implement the necessary training and oversight to ensure that your office operates in a manner consistent with the high standards expected of State Farm. I trust that you will take my concerns seriously and investigate this matter thoroughly. Your prompt attention to this issue would not only be in the best interest of your customers but also contribute to maintaining the reputation and credibility of your office."
"Always had problems with this location, was always told my home insurance was all good to go or my auto. Few months go by and my home was never added to my policy. My vehicles information had to get corrected a couple times. Recently tried to cancel my Insurance about a week ago, was told it got taken care of. Called recently to verify and my policies never gotten removed. Was then told i do not have any home insurance after i been told its been taken care of months ago. I did get charged for it but now its not in their system? Not to sure whats going on but will not be returning to this location any time soon. Would not recommend to anyone."

Mr. Corral helped me with getting all my paperwork needed in order. Because of him I was able to drop our interest rate and qualify my home to a way lower interest rate.
