"he and I were alone in the room, he rolled his chair so that our thighs were touching and then he started to stroke my upper leg. I froze up and couldn’t think of how to say stop. In fact, I even remember him being like this before but not to this level. He did my hip surgery and I want to be able to trust my surgeon when I’m under anesthesia"
"I have genuinely never encountered such medical incompetence until being seen here. I called to inquire about an appointment and was told that someone would call me back to confirm an appointment time with me. After 2 weeks with no call, I called to find out they had already scheduled my appointment for another 2 weeks out but did not call/email to confirm the date. Once I was seen, I already had my X-rays and needed an MRI, so the visit was pointless. I asked the lady at the front desk how much I would be charged in total for the appointment as I have a new insurance. She told me that through TTU insurance, I would pay a $40 copay, and that’s all for this appointment. I was charged another $70 by mail the following week. Once I completed my MRI, my MRI providers had to hand deliver my results twice because the office lost them. I called to make a follow up appointment to learn my results, and they scheduled me for the following week. The day before my appointment, someone left a voicemail detailing all of my medical information from my MRI. Confused, I call again to see if I still need to come to my follow up appointment. They are extremely confused but eventually say I don’t need to come back for a follow up anymore after checking with the nurse, and I will be scheduled for a 6-week follow up instead post-PT. They ask where to send my script and say they are sending a referral immediately. When I call my PT, they have not received it, so I call the office again to send my script. In total, I have now called them 4 times to request they send my script to my PT. Today I went to PT and couldn’t even be seen because they STILL hadn’t sent my script. I will never come back and I can’t urge you enough to avoid the absolute headache from this office."
"My mother is a patient of Dr. Brindley. The physician has been great but there is one office employee who has extremely unprofessional and rude. My mother's surgery was originally scheduled on November 30th, so we had all made plans and arrangements to take her that day and and day after to help her. (Of course this includes taking days off work, etc. My mother lives 3 hours from lubbock. ). Amy called her and told ber the surgery date had been moved to the 29th instead. My mother tells my sisters and I immediately after she receives the call from Amy. And after discussing that, we decides the 30th is really a better day since that was the original date and we all made arrangements for the 30th. So I call Amy and politely ask that her surgery date not be changed from the original date due to the above. She sighs, and says..."well i already scheduled another surgery that day but ill see what I can do". I thank her and confirm with her that the surgery will in fact, be the 30th afterall. She agrees, her tone changes then proceeds to ask me in a very rude tone, "does she not make her own decisions?" ..i say "excuse me?". Her response is "i dont mean to sound tacky but she had already agreed to change to the 29th". Well, Im sorry you changed the original date but i had discussed this with my mother and she requested for me to call you back. You are more than welcome to call her and confirm this, but the original date works better for us. I found it extremely unprofessional for her to question that in the way she did. There are ways to speak to patients and thats not it. I work in the medical field and know better. She needs to learn phone etiquette and better customer service!!"
"My right hip replacement went very well.... I highly recommend Dr Brindley . He the best surgeon by far all around He and his staff are genuinely caring people. Thanks again to Dr Brindley and his staff"
"He is a Christian Surgeon and prayed before my surgery. I had an issue that two doctors wouldn’t address. Another doctor referred him to me, Dr. Brindley looked over my situation very carefully and decided he could help me. I am three weeks out of surgery and feeling like he took care of my problem. Would recommend him highly."
