"I have been going to Wild Leaf Tobacco since it was Uncle Stu’s. I was excited to see them open Oswego location and now Ogden! Whenever you walk in to any of their stores, you feel like family. They welcome you in with open arms and excitement! Help you find what you need (and more sometimes!) Every employee has made me feel excited to come back again! I am especially thrilled to see Ty Run this location. He’s definitely one of the best employees with the company! Even though, Aurora off of Galena is my main location, it is comforting to know I can stop into Ogden or Oswego while I’m in those areas and still expect amazing customer service! All of the employees that I have met have put a smile on my face. Especially Matt, Jason, Rene, and Isaac. Thank you all for the best customer service I have ever received in any of the smoke shops I have stopped into."

"The local chain of Wild Leaf Tobacco stores out here in the Chicago suburban area should be a litmus as to how retail customer service establishments conduct business. I've never seen an entire staff of people convey sincere gratitude, knowledge, and appreciation to their customers as Wild Leaf does... which is demonstrated every single time I go to their stores. I've always commented to the owner as to how impressed I am with the hiring selection. Every time I go to the store I'm immediately engaged in conversation with a personal and warm touch. It is so easy to spend quality time talking to these guys about their products, or whatever topic du-jour might be afloat. You feel like you're talking to a friend with anyone who works there. This new store opening up near Fox Valley Mall in Aurora will be run by a really cool and nice guy, Ty, who I've known for years from being a patron at their far west side of Aurora store. I can already predict the level of outstanding customer service and friendliness that will be given to all of their new, and existing customers. With God as my witness I really cannot see any way the employees, or the stores need any improvement. Wild Leaf's products are top line quality. One of their products I routinely buy is like hand selected with care... definitely not some pre-packed item from who knows where... Nothing is at all chintzy about anything they sell. I'll age myself and say their pride and commitment to quality of everything they sell is something I haven't seen in America for well over three decades. Ty's new location on Ogden near the mall will be somewhat of a drive for me vs their far west side store, however, that's a trip I'll intently make just to see him... Go into any of their locations, and the experience will duplicate and demonstrate what I just wrote."
