"If your going to sell cigars and have a walk in humidor, keep the humidity where it should be. I don’t mind paying $17 instead of $12 for two cigars for convenience, but if you’re going to charge that, keep your humidor in order. Way too dry."

"Didn’t have the coils I needed for my vape, understandable, could have just been out of stock. My issue was when I asked the girl if they had a certain type of vape coil, all I got was “The only coils we have are these.” and then shows me the area where they’re kept and didn’t really seem interested in helping me find what I was looking for. Bought a new vape and went on my way. Giving 2 stars based on the customer service, the fact they’re the only shop open at 9am, and that I was greeted when I walked in."

They work with all the customers and the store itself has a family vibe and all the regular customers are considered family to us. By the way, I work here lol. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! If we don't have something in stock, they take special requests and I promise you that they do always do their best to find it and if they do find it, they make sure it's here in a timely fashion, even if it means bringing it in themselves in the middle of the night.
