H-E-B Curbside & Grocery Delivery

"I love heb but this locations curbside sucks. I’ve had to wait long past my pick up time for my curbside multiple times. I’ve been given the wrong order before and had to drive back and was still missing items. My salmon was thrown in a bad all crazy and came out it’s plastic wrap. Paying for convenience and it’s been crazy inconvenient and disappointing."

"Not the best location for curbside. Missing items, deli items selected on the same day of expiration (I suppose I should have checked dates and eaten all my deli food the same day I picked up.) My kids put the groceries away so no, I didn't realize for a few days these issues existed. Between missing items and expired items, I lost $20-$25. I consistently receive bruised or mushy produce. Outside of the product issues, this location is ok. The people loading are friendly, and I've never had to wait long."

"Curbside is great when you don't want to deal with other people in the store and can't afford delivery. Most of the time the items are of good quality but sometimes they are bagged like the person bagging has no concept of how bags work or of weight distribution. If there are issues you can call them up and they'll fix it or refund it."

"Love how big, clean, organized, and nice the staff is but curbside always takes sooooo long for pick up. Usually when it's full you can expect to wait a good 40 + minutes before getting your order. Even when it's not that full still waiting 20 minutes for order to come out. Maybe it's due to how big the area is, I am unsure. I just know out of all the HEB's I go to, this one takes the longest on curbside orders. Nothing against any of the amazing employees just an observation."

"I usually order online and then drive up for the curbside pickup. The whole process is pretty easy and I haven't had any issues. Saves a ton of time when you have other things to do."
