"Two issues with last visit. I have been a client since y'all were Mann- Berkely in downtown Houston in the late 90s. 1. I did not receive my receipt by email as promised. 2. I did not see Dr. Wright as promised and specifically asked for (when I made the appt) to check my eyes. He has performed multiple surgeries on me and I value his judgment. I trust this is not a pattern but a special circumstance?"
