"Kids ‘R’ Kids Learning Academy of Mason and Clay has been everything we could ask for. Professional and safe(I am able to look in on my son at any time of the day) for starters. Those are top of my list when searching for a center for my 3 year old. There is a clear agenda on a day to day basis, along with yearly class promotions. I appreciate this organization for their dedication and determination to carry this program. I highly recommend."

"Director not inviting, did not even introduce herself when I went for a walk through. Staff looks very young and seems like everyone is walking on eggshells. Teacher was a little rough putting kids to sleep during nap in toddler room. Even knowing she was being watched, I can’t imagine how she is when no one’s around. The energy seemed very negative and the “director” was not inviting. I’ll take my child elsewhere, where the director cares to interact with potential new parents."

"This was my twins first time ever attending child care, I have never been more please with the care and support that this location has provided. My daughters was very scared being they first time attending school, within a month or so they have been very excited waking up and going to school. the teachers all communicate, no bad experience the girls now love going to school, the location stays clean. I am overall pleased with my choice for this location to where I barely check the cameras because I feel my kids are safe and unharmed from the workers."

"I was hesitant to post of review of this place, because of a pending investigation with the state. However, the state has not done anything about the issue or updated us. My 4-year-old daughter, who is a bit behind with speech, came here due to her normal at-home daycare closing. We enlisted her in the pre-k class, but she was moved to they're version of "kindergarten" due to capacity issues. She was given several worksheet assignments that she had trouble completing. Her punishment for this was exclusion from the other kids and food withholding until she finished these assignments. We confronted the teacher "Mrs. Gloria", about this and were told our daughter was "spoiled" and that she could do the work but just decides not to. We went to the manager and insisted our daughter be moved back to a pre-k class. She began a class with a new teacher "Miss D" and immediately I was suspicious of this woman due to the several throat tattoos and her demeanor. I began looking for another daycare and fully intended on that Friday being my daughter's last day. For some reason, I felt I needed to watch the daycare cameras more than usual that day. Again, my daughter was given the worksheet assignments. Miss D, at first, seemed to be helping my daughter and sitting next to her. After some pushback from my daughter, Miss D became frustrated and began grabbing my daughter's hands, forcing the pencil on her, grabbing the back of her head, and forcing her to look down at the paper. I became enraged and called the school immediately demanding that women get away from my child. Funny thing .... the physical abuse taking place was not the big issue... It was how I was speaking to the staff... All the while this woman is still practically assaulting my 4-year-old daughter. I was begging them to go to the room and intervene. I was told they needed to watch the camera footage... I was finally able to convince them to send someone in the class. ... This "Miss D" woman was clapping her hands in my daughter's face as if she was a grown woman who had spit in her face... The amount of aggression was incomprehensible. Once the lady got in the room and stopped the assault, Miss D was seen clapping her hands around again, being animated about some atrocity that just occurred... I was relieved, at least, thinking it was over... Then .... The other staff member left the room and Miss D was like a pit bull...... She went right back to my daughter and began clapping in her face again.... I lost my mind and was screaming at the staff.... I was over an hour away and had to call my wife to leave work early and pick my daughter up. Needless to say, this was her last day at this "daycare". Since we have not heard anything from the state, I imagine nothing is being done about anything. Just an FYI .... This place is majority black staffed and 80 % black students, my daughter is white. My daughter was the only child that would be treated in the manner she was. Just keep this in mind if you plan on enrolling your children here."
