"Just left without my daughter getting her ear pierced. Waited for 30 min for people in front of us. Lady comes and sits down after we'd been waiting and worker says let me get her first. Makes no sense as she saw us waiting. Very frustrating!"

"Called about their ear piercing services for my 5m old daughter, who ever answered answered all my questions. I asked about appointments and she said they were not needed they accept walk ins. I arrived and waited 15 minutes to be attended to, only 2 staff members were there and there were many customers! I was informed that someone arrived earlier then me and they “secured their spot” Because staff was busy earlier in the day and I could come back at a later time."
"I went to get my ears pierced here and I was so upset by the experience! The associate was unclear on the procedure and the price. When I went to checkout, she never told me my total and when I asked how much I was being charged, I was in shock! I was being charged double what I had thought. I was clearly upset and the associate told me there was nothing she could do about it. When I asked to speak with a manager, I was given the wrong number. I've been a customer of Claire's for as long as I can remember and this is by far the worst experience I've had. Do not go to this location if you're looking for satisfaction."
