"Ofelia is amazing!!! I can't brag enough about her! ☺️❤️ I've trusted her completely for the last 8+ years, and I'm VERY particular about my hair! She really, REALLY listens to what I want, and has always given me great advice on what direction to go for subtle changes over the years. I've had so many compliments on my hair since she started as my stylist! When the salon relocated, I didn't mind driving farther, because I know I wouldn't find anyone near as good as her! You'll be hooked after your first appointment!!"

"Renew is the only place I will go. Clarissa who does my hair, is absolutely amazing. She always knows the best way to achieve the results I have in mind. I get compliments on my hair often. I always leave so happy and confident. The whole staff at Renew is so friendly, welcoming and efficient. Maribel, who does my lashes is also amazing. I cannot recommend this salon enough! The space itself is beautiful and clean. They also make a point to stock their front retail space with items from women-owned local small businesses. They really care about their customers and the community."

"I went to Renew Salon & Spa to get my hair lightened and have my roots done. After going home and looking at it more I didn't like it. I talked to the girl who did my hair (Paige French) and she denied wanting to help correct it and said we don't see eye to eye. I talked to the salon owner and she was kind enough to say she would fix it for me then denied the service after I posted in a private Facebook group about my hair asking for people's opinions on it. I did not mention the salon or who did my hair. This is my review of the salon. I paid $400 and I am not satisfied with the service. Here's a before and after photo. I asked for blonde and to do the roots I didn't get either. It just looks more toned and less brassy but not any lighter. I will not recommend this salon to anyone. I feel like I was robbed. They did not offer a refund either. Also the salon owner Vanessa made a status to look out for red flags since I am not satisfied with my service. Very immature of a salon owner."
