"They have always had any of the medications/ or over the counter items I have needed. Every time I go there, I notice something else I never saw before. High-end greeting cards available, as well as some really funny novelty cards by the register. Only down side I can comment on; is there hours are a bit limited."

"This place is one that I used to love going to and would recommend.. but now I'm starting to hate going here. About a month ago they gave me someone else's medication, then said I was the one that messed it up.. (not sure how that works.) Then just recently they gave me the wrong dose of my medication and I suffered from withdrawal symptoms due to the difference in prescription.. something needs to be changed"

"Parag has always been pleasant, thoughtful and courteous. The female pharmacist is rude and not nice to deal with whatsoever. She also violated HIPPA in her discussions with me about my medications by asking questions about my medications front of other customers. I have found the staff are awful as well. I pulled all of my prescriptions and went to mail order or Walgreens. I support all of the local Hampshire businesses with the exception of this pharmacy. It's a shame because Parag is such a nice guy too."

"First, there was the time I was sent home with SOMEONE ELSE’S diabetes meds and I DON’T have diabetes!!! Thank God I noticed the pills were different. 2nd, today the female owner was upset that I asked her why she was questioning me about why my Dr prescribed certain medications etc and aggressively told me she “has every right to ask me any question she wanted about any prescription.” I pointed out that I also had a right to ask her what her rationale was in asking these questions because I’ve never had a pharmacist ask about the meds before and they are NOT NEW MEDS. I’ve always dealt with her husband (the other owner) and have found him very pleasant. Clearly she missed the part of her education relating to customer service. I let her know I had contacted the Dr like she had said and then she started ranting at me about that didn’t matter because it couldn’t be handled over the phone. Well, then she probably should have told me what I needed to get or asked them to do to address the issue when I called them. At that point I couldn’t even process her level of rudeness. I’ve never seen another pharmacist behave that way in my entire life. Next she gave me all my prescriptions back and said she wasn’t filling any prescriptions for us ever again. I’ve never before taken the time to write a negative review for any business before, until now."
