"I think it is not fair to chastised to post office workers . They work hard do the best considering they serve growing population with small post office. The mail people are good do not deserve that ."

"What can I say.. this location specifically is an absolute nightmare! In the 12 years living under their jurisdiction, we have never, not once, had a package be delivered on time. No matter if it is across town or across country package, they will, with absolute certainly sit on it for a minimum of 2 days."

"USPS as a whole is awful & this office doesn't do them any favors. I had a package arrive while I was out of town and they left a slip to reschedule delivery. No problem, I scanned the QR code & rescheduled it for July 14th. It never came. So I go up to usps in person and the tracking updates with "delivery unclaimed, returning to seller". Really??? It was not unclaimed, you didn't redeliver it! So the guy tells me I'll get a call with an update because they have two buildings and the package isn't in the one I'm in. Fine. I get a call at 4:30 pm and the guy has the audacity to say "well it was just sitting here unclaimed" it most certainly was not, I did exactly what I needed to do and you dropped the ball so now because my package was shipped internationally I'm going to have to wait another month to get my item. They'll probably mess that shipment up too. If you can avoid USPS and/or this office, do so."

"This is the worst post office I have EVER dealt with. I called the 800 number to track a package and they could not even find it suggested I call the local office. I told them if you have ever dealt with them you would know how funny that is. The guy politely asked if he could put me on hold then came back and said he was transferring me to his supervisor as he went and read the reviews on this office. The supervisor was turning in a report not that it will help but maybe if enough people call the 800 # and complain and tell them they want to report lousy service it will get fixed. Now I get to go argue with them about my lost package. This office deserves no stars."

"Very impressed with Boerne post office! When we called right before closing (at 11:55 a.m. on a Saturday), not only did someone answer the phone, they checked if all three of our PO Box deliveries were in, and also made sure the items were put in a locker before closing. Very nice that we didn't have to risk a wasted trip in over the weekend. Great customer service!"
