"I typically enjoy Marco’s Pizza for their pizza. But today I tried their new Pizzoli. I ordered the Buffalo chicken Pizzoli and was overwhelmed by the massive gobs of their 4 cheese blend and very underwhelmed by the buffalo sauce that’s supposed to be in it. The dough on the inside of this cheese monstrosity was also still doughy and I can only hope that 4 hours from now I’m not suffering from cheese constipation or undercooked bread dough food poisoning. My coworkers both ordered the chicken bacon ranch Pizzoli and their experiences were quite similar. Minuscule amount of bacon and undercooked dough. One of my coworkers had to throw out the last half of his Pizzoli due to the uncomfortable thought of eating raw pizza dough. I know this is a new product and may still be getting over a few kinks in the process of making these but it’s an unsafe product to sell to customers if we’re eating raw dough. Please do better."
"We ordered pizza for my daughter’s birthday and we all noticed the poor quality immediately. You know it’s bad when the kids notice! I was skeptical to order from here as the last few times haven’t been great, but I was hoping it was just a few off days for them. This time was worse than all the times before. You’re better off going next door to Infernos and paying the same price for much better quality. Little Caesars is 10 times better, even for the cheaper price. Not sure what happened to this location. They used to make the best pizza."
"Tonight we ordered a large pepperoni, pizza, garden salad, chicken Caesar salad, and a sub sandwich. After placing the order online, it said it would be ready in 20 minutes. Upon arriving at the location the man told me it would be about 25 more minutes. I left and then came back again and the lady told me that they hadn’t even started my order yet. She was kind of able to rush my order and finally I got it after an hour and 15 minutes. There were several people waiting, with orders lost, and in the same situation I was. The girl at the register said she had only been there for eight days. She was very friendly and helpful, but I felt maybe overwhelmed. They had one lady cooking, who looked like she had no idea what she was doing And another guy who seemed to be doing everything but he had a really bad attitude and was rude to his co-workers, ignoring customers questions. My question is, where was the manager? It seems to be under new management as the environment and quality has gone down. To top it off our sandwich had tons of green bell pepper and onions, (which we said we didn’t want) no mushrooms (which we wanted) and it was cold. And the chicken on the salad was almost frozen."
"I am not one of those people that LOVES pizza. But at this point, if I'm ordering pizza I'm ordering from Marco's. They have the sausage magnifico (sorry if the name isn't exactly right) and it's my favorite. The one with double pepperoni is good too. AND they have pizza bowls without bread. As a diabetic I love that! Thanks Marco's. Keep it up."
"Let me start by saying the manager offered a $20 credit on next order but long story short they clearly dropped all of our items and couldn’t tell us why are items were delivered in a mangled fashion. I simply wanted to know if any of our food had been contaminated and they couldn’t give me an answer which seems odd (somebody dropped this stuff and won’t confess). Either way, I’m sure it’s fine but as a business owner myself I think business could do a better job with customer concerns. See pictures below."
