"I have never been through any type of litigation, so my testimony/review may be emotionally lengthy. Without going into too much detail, in December of 2012 I was scheduled for a “routine” outpatient surgery (although no surgery is really routine). I was supposed to go in that morning have an operation and be home that evening after leaving recovery. Unfortunately that is not what transpired.
