"So I recently got insurance with them. I feel like the service isn’t what I was expecting. Yes, they did find me insurance and get me a decent quote but the process of that was horrible. They took my card information without having me on a secured line. I didn’t hear anything about how the calls were recorded or anything initially when they took my down payment for the insurance they only charged me THE DOWN PAYMENT AMOUNT, maybe an hour later Im seeing a separate charge of $50, so I called to ask what the $50 charge was They told me it’s a new applicant fee so since this is my first time working with them, they charge $50 they never told me about the charge of $50 in the beginning. So that was surprising. Nobody ever explained to me there would be an applicant fee until I called back."
