I, TOLD TARUN THAT BLUETOOTH WOULD NOT HOOK UP TO MY TV AND HE TOLD ME WE MUST HAVE AN OLD TV. THAT WAS DURING THE 30 DAY TRIAL PERIOD . OUR TV WAS ONLY 4 YEARS OLD . SO, I KEPT THE HEARING AIDS THINKING IT WAS MY TV. IN OCTOBER TARUN ADJUSTED MY HEARING ADS WITH LARGER BUDS STILL TO MUCH STATIC AND INTERFERENCE ! NOTHING BUT AGGRAVATION !!! WE BOUGHT A NEW TV FOR CHRISTMAS. STILL CAN'T HOOK UP , BECAUSE I WOULD BE THE ONLY ONE ABLE TO HEAR IT ON BLUETOOTH AND THATS WHAT WE WEREN'T TOLD UNTIL JANUARY. THAT THE REST OF THE FAMILY WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO LISTEN TO BLUETOOTH ! TATUNN, TOLD ME TO GET HEADSETS . WHY DID I BUY THESE HEARING AIDS IN THE FIRST PLACE I TOLD HIM ??? ALSO WHEN I TOLD TARUN, THAT I WAS TRYING TO ADJUST DIFFERENT SETTINGS GOING BY THE BOOK. HE TOLD ME NOT TO GO BY THE BOOK ON THE SAME DAY . HOW WOULD YOU LIKE TO BUY A HOUSE THAT DIDN'T HAVE FULL DISCLOSURE ??? SO BUYING A NEW TV WAS NOT THE ANSWER !"
