"Appointment was for 10:30am. I was told to arrive at 9:30am, which I did. I was taken to exam room at 10:20am. At 12:30pm I went out of exam room to ask when I would be seen. Doctor came in at 12:45pm and saw me and said we see a lot of sick people and nothing he can do about me sitting in the exam room for 2 hours and 25 min."
