"Great drivers."

"4 out of 5 of the drivers were unprofessional and unconcerned about getting the job done correctly. They all left without some of their drop offs. Therefore I had to take them myself. And one of the drivers was late even getting there. Very disorganized all of it. Because of all of this it made all my deliveries late and my guests didn’t get their food in time. 3 were so late that they didn’t get theirs until long after the event was over. And then I was only refunded for half of what I should have been. They had no interest in trying to fix the problem or apologize and make it right once all was said and done. I DO NOT RECOMMEND."

"I will not do business with them. Sales dept. dropped the ball when setting up our account and the driver was a no-show for our first pickup/delivery. When I called and tried to re-schedule the delivery, no one in customer service was able to help me. They were very empathetic to the situation, "understood my frustrations", but offered no solutions. Empathy isn't gonna deliver these boxes, so I guess I'll have to...thanks, anyway."

"I give this a one star because patty was very unprofessional. At that the whole service for drivers is unprofessional. Dropoff does not have a building to do an interview and they do their interview at a startbucks at live oak. She kept repeating the same script and the questions I have asked her she answered but she was not postive with an answer. And at that does not pay much only 50% of each package that does not include time or miles. If the package is 10$ you will recieve $5 if the package is $5 you will recieve $2.50. They also have drivers drive all the way to dallas or houston which does not make sense if your only get 50% of that item and do not get paid for time or miles. This whole fiasco is not worth a drive to the interview or time because it is waisted."
