"I called and asked them if I had time to make it to the 215 appointment and they googled it and told me I had time and when I got there 5 minutes late they told me they couldn’t do it! Also… they had no other customers in the building and 3 people working. Poor service! Wouldn’t recommend! Have no care for pleasing their customers."

"They do a great job. My only complaint is with the turnover of barbers/stylists. Seems like every time I’m there it’s a new crew. I’d prefer more consistency. But when they do such a great job, that’s easier to forgive. In other barbershops, I feel rushed; the gals here take their time to do a good job."

"Tried scheduling boys appt online and it kept saying it did not schedule an appt. So I kept doing it until finally it showed we had an appt. My husband took the kids and the lady in the front desk they will no longer take any appt from us bc it popped up 10 diff appt. I called them and spoke to the manager told her “wouldn’t you think to call me and see if this was an error or confirm?” Nope. She mention they have problems with the system. But now they locked me out from making any future appts. There stylist always comes and goes not consistent with staff and at times only 2 workers."
