"VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!! I checked in online, arrived just in time to receive notification that we were on deck and were next. "Batter up". I went in, checked in with woman at counter. She didn't say anything so I sat down. Then they proceeded to call 2 more people. I then looked at board and it went from "On deck" to 52 mins. I was completely confused and annoyed. None of the stylists were available to ask as they were all talking and laughing. Needless to say we left and will not return."
