"My husband brought paperwork here to be notarized. We have had an account with prime way for almost 10 years. The notary at this location RUDELY refused to notarize one form and said that my husband's name needed to be moved for her to notorize it. He called the title company (the originator of the form) and the agent said that was not true. The next day my husband took the paperwork to Prosperity Bank (where we also have an account) and it was notarized with no problem. Please re-educate your notary public and have her take customer service classes. I'm ready to close our account and move all our money to Prosperity."
