"It's pretty good. Unfortunately, the selected produce is more often a miss than a hit (overripe, bruised avacados, browning lettuce...things I never would have selected because of a lack of freshness). That's my only real complaint. The convenience factor is fantastic. During the holidays or when suffering from a cold this has really saved my life. If you're a strict grocery list shopper, you will LOVE THIS SERVICE."

"Curbside is nice and easy, of course. But it's kind of disheartening when you order produce and once you get home, you see that they gave you items that are due to expire the next day or two. On multiple occasions. So, you've just spent money on pricey organic items and you won't even get your money's worth because they're at the point of expiration. On top, you are charged a personal shopper fee and to reserve a time slot. I love HEB. It is my number one store. I was and am grateful for Curbside, but please, talk to your employess about looking at the expiration dates on produce before just grabbing any one of them and tossing it in the cart. People depend on you to take care of their groceries. Some of us may not be able to step foot in a grocery store. If you can call use to tell us that you don't have a certain item, then you can call to tell us that a certain produce is not available because they are about to reach the expiration date. Instead of just keeping the money and giving us something that we can't fully use. I'd like to think that my husband's hard earned money from working 15+ hour days is going to a great store that is looking out for its customers. But after multiple times of getting next-day expired produce, my confidence is fading."
