"Be warned and take pictures of your rental!Picked up a car Sunday 2/18 at 11:30PMish to be returned on Tuesday morning 2/20. Upon signing the customer service rep informed me the vehicle I was getting had a big crack on the front windshield. I have rented from them on numerous occasions so I assumed they had this documented since he told me about it. I returned the vehicle Tuesday and get a call at 10:30AM telling me that there’s a large crack on the windshield that wasn’t there and unless I can provide documentation then they would file a claim against me. Thank God I still had my paper work because they were definitely going to try and get that windshield replaced at my expense. Unbelievably shady business practices and undocumented damage slipping through the cracks at this Enterprise/National. If Hertz is open when I arrive now then I will just go there."

"Customer service was superior. I had extended my rental (an easy process using the app) but there was an issue with billing under the contract I rent through. Even though it was very busy at the time I returned the vehicle, the (new) employee who checked me in was helpful to get me to a manager in a professional and pleasant way. The on-site manager was able to quickly address the issue and made sure I had the information needed to confirm the proper charges. Excellent experience with your Austin team."

"Although we were in south Texas where the weather was beautiful and sunny, we were impacted by Southwest Air's 2022 holiday problems (east coast winter storm and computer outage). Our flight was canceled and we couldn't get a flight for 4 days. We decided to rent a car from National Car Rental and drive to San Antonio where we could get a flight home. The agents at the National desk at the Harlingen Airport were amazing! They were exceptionally nice and accommodating. Our car was ready when we arrived and was exactly what we expected when we rented online. While other car rental companies were double the price for a 1-way, 1-day rental National Car Rental's prices were reasonable and fair. National earned our business, and we will use them again and again. Thank you!"
