"I’m a 20 year Veteran of the United States Army. Been retired now twenty years. I have a rating of 100% disability through the VA. My medical history of pain consist of a list of surgeries in the past (5 on my Lower Back)(6 on my Right Shoulder)(4 on my Left Shoulder)(3 on my Left Elbow)(2 on my Right Elbow)(2 on my Left Knee)(4 on my Left Ankle) and (2 on my Left Foot). I was in constant pain for many many years and was told by all my doctors I’d just have to get use to living with chronic pain. Approximately 7 years ago a friend of mine referred me to Dr. Mehta. This was the best decision of my life. Dr. Mehta is the most caring doctor I’ve ever had the pleasure of going to, not only does he address my pain but he’s always giving me the best health advice I could ask for even when it doesn’t apply to what I’m seeing him for. I trust Dr. Mehta so much that when my primary physician or any specialist I’m see gives me advice on a procedure they want me to have I ALWAYS ask Dr. Mehta for a second opinion, his option is the one respect the most and normal goes with. When I first meet Dr. Mehta seven years ago he explained to me that I’ve had too many surgeries in the past, at the time I was only 52 years old. Therefore giving him total trust with all my decisions when it home to procedures, because no doctor has ever said I’ve had too many surgeries in my lifetime. My wife says she love his bedside manner he always keeps her informed on what’s going on when he’s conducting a procedure and she in the waiting room she always well informed from start to finish. Last but not least as my wife and like to travel abroad doctor Mehta informed us that it would be to our best interest to take along with us a note detailing all my medications something we knew nothing about.
