"I miss the old manager Mrs. Saenz, these new employees don't seem to comprehend English. I called to let them know I will be in to make my payment, I asked what day of the week they stay open late after 5 PM so I can go after work to make my payment. No one can give me a answer, they all sound slow like they are not all up there or they are high. They are rude over the phone and have no phone etiquette nor proper customer service training. I guess they will just have to wait for their payment till the weekend."

"If I can give this place on military a 0 I would. Liz likes to makes threats at your work blows up your phone as soon as u are 1 day late. Sometimes people get busy and end up getting that u have to call them. Will if I forget they will call your work threatening your job and calling your phone. Go somewhere else this place is no good. I'm pretty sure they have people that owe them thousands. Me 100 and change and Liz likes to call looks like she ain't got anything to do but blow up your phone and job think about it.
