"Just had my 3rd visit with Dr. Taylor Strange. Monday surgery on one eye, Tuesday, second eye. Today’s visit my vision was 20/25, and he expects to be 20/20 tomorrow. Dr. Strange, and his staff are the best. Organized, friendly, professional. I am so happy with my results. My new lenses have exceeded my expectations. Dr. Strange and his crew go above and beyond. "My husband had the most amazing time with AVI ( Alliance Vision Institute) . This was our first time at this facility. It is the state of the art. All throughout the building was breathtaking. We remembered Dr. Strange vision years ago when he actually took office visits and finally to see his own surgery center come to fruition was amazing. First of all, the two ladies at the front set the tone. Jac and Bessie you were so fun at check in. They got my husband registered in a timely manner and they used soft tones so everyone wouldn’t know why he was there. Thanks ladies and for the extra peppermints that we love. While filling out his paperwork we enjoyed the sitting area. The decor is very nice and comfortable. Secondly, we were called back by Kristin. She made his Diabetic eye assessments so fun. She matched my husband’s high energy attitude and made him feel like he was going to be okay. She was so patient and calming but also a ball of laughter. After all the assessments, Dr. Cha and his assistant (we think her name is Ashley) came in and educated us clearly on his results. Dr. Cha did his thing!!! Dr. Cha did not over educate us with big clinical terms that we did not understand or have to research, but he used examples that even a child could comprehend. He was so patient and not once did we feel rushed. We love Dr. Strange because that’s who we started with, but all of his staff especially those Optometrist are exemplary. We have seen Dr. King who’s just as amazing for years, but we were on our way out of town and wanted to get this done so we were blessed to meet Dr. Cha. Lastly, as we were leaving and just walking to make our next appointment we were in Aweeee of not only how beautiful this facility is, but the type of service we received throughout. AVI you guys are the best and I’m a tough critic on customer service, but you exceeded our expectations!!!!"
