"They need to hire a new person who has better phone etiquette when speaking to people who call their store on Bandera Rd in San Antonio, TX. When asking questions in how to get a loan she wasn't helpful and quick to end the call. Especially when asked for their email she said it too fast. When I repeated it back to her and it was incorrect, she said No and repeated it again. She was rude. She needs to be considerate of others. Her name is CELESTE."
